Salt + Shore began long before the brand ever had a name.

For years, our family has been designing and producing apparel for schools, teams, and community organizations across Long Island through our family business, Long Island Spirit & Sports Apparel. What started as a small local venture quickly grew into something we’re incredibly proud of — helping schools raise money, creating custom gear for teams, and building strong relationships within our community.

But living on Long Island, the shoreline has always been a huge part of our life.

From beach days and boat rides to surf casts and weekends spent out east, the water is part of the rhythm of living here. Over time, the idea for Salt + Shore started to take shape — a brand inspired by the coastal lifestyle that so many of us on Long Island share.
After years of designing for others, we wanted to create something that represented the places and moments that mean the most to us — the beaches, the bays, the salt air, and the feeling that comes with being near the water.

Every piece is designed and produced locally by our family right here on Long Island.
