All orders must be placed through our website.
Please note before reaching out: All Salt + Shore pieces are made to order and processed within 7–10 business days. We’re a small team working through orders as quickly as possible. Please hold off on emailing for order updates unless your order is past this timeframe.
Most inquiries we receive are for orders that are still within this timeframe. If your order has not yet reached 10 business days, it is still in production and no update is available at this time.
You will automatically receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping time is separate and begins after your order is completed. Expedited shipping does not speed up processing time.
Due to high demand and occasional supplier shipment delays, some orders may take slightly longer. As soon as your items arrive, your order will be sent out immediately.
