Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During new releases or seasonal drops, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and/or UPS. Shipping times vary based on carrier and location. Once your package leaves our hands, Salt + Shore is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about fit, contact us prior to purchasing.
